Our Goodman Fielder Salisbury site recently completed a Certificate III in Food Processing course with the Australian Food Training Centre. The students reported that it was so easy to be captured by David and Kestrel’s enthusiasm and passion for what they deliver. What holds this course apart from many others I have attended in many fields is the ease and intimacy of presentation, the comprehensive support documentation and the generous ongoing support from AFTC.

Although this course was about developing our employees food processing skills, it is clearly far more than that. Sure it is about learning new skills, but it is also and more importantly about developing a business and culture in a positive framework ready for success. The Australian Food Training Centre certainly delivered this.
